Spanning over four floors, this spa features 17 treatment rooms, and a private spa suite as well as a thermal floor with an indoor swimming pool, vitality pool, amphitheatre sauna, ice fountain, and marble heated loungers. For those who want to doze off, there’s also The Spa Lounge which dons dims light and individual pods for maximum relaxation.
Treatments and experiences range from Chinese gong baths to sports massages, body cleanses, sleep rituals, and Dr. Barbara Sturm facials.

The Spa at 45 Park Lane: There’s a brand new spa set within the Dorchester Collection’s elegant 45 Park Lane hotel, which is available exclusively to hotel guests. Designed by Jouin Manku, the wellness space is set across 10,000 sqft and features Park Lane’s longest swimming pool, spanning 20 metres, as well as separate sauna and steam rooms, and hydrotherapy pool.
For those who want a workout, there’s a personal training room and a modern gym complete with Technogym equipment and dedicated cardiovascular and strength areas. For guests who want to sit back and relax, expect treatments by Valmont and Aromatherapy Associates, and a relaxation lounge next to the pool, where guests can unwind and order healthy dishes by 45 Park Lane’s executive chef Jamie Shears.

Bvlgari Hotel London Spa: In Knightsbridge, just a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of Harrods is the award-winning spa at the Bvlgari Hotel. Set across two levels, it’s over 21,500 sq ft in size, making it one of the largest and most exclusive spas in central London.
Here, there’s a 25 metre swimming pool, a vitality pool that’s entirely covered in gold leaf tiles no less, and it’s topped off with cabanas. There’s also 11 private treatment rooms and one double spa suite (with its own steam room, hydromassage and private treatment room), along with sauna and steam rooms, and a luxury fitness area by Workshop.

COMO Shambhala Urban Escape at COMO Metropolitan London: Within the COMO Metropolitan hotel is a little oasis that dons six treatment rooms and a range of massage therapies, including their signature COMO Shambhala Massage (blended massage oils are used to calm the mind and rebalance the body), stress relieving Indian head massages, and lymphatic drainage, along with acupuncture offerings and bespoke facials.
If you want to get active there’s fitness training, yoga and pilates, and to switch off, try their meditation and pranayama breathing classes.
